Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the financial management of overseas subsidiaries to ensure the standardized operation of overseas subsidiaries, which not only meets the local management requirements, but also meets the control requirements of the company's headquarters; 2. Formulate and optimize various financial management, accounting systems and financial work processes in accordance with Chinese and international accounting standards and group internal control requirements, combined with the actual situation of overseas subsidiaries, and implement them; 3. Organize the daily accounting of overseas subsidiaries, prepare and submit monthly financial statements that meet the requirements of the consolidated caliber of the company's headquarters as required; Strictly review all business documents to ensure the accuracy, completeness and compliance of the documents; 4. Reasonably control the costs and expenses of overseas foreign companies, analyze the financial situation, provide financial support and services, and prevent business risks; Coordinate and handle the relationship with the bank, organize the preparation of capital budgets and standardized implementation of overseas subsidiaries to ensure the safety of the company's funds; 5. According to the tax policy of the country where the overseas subsidiary is located, do a good job in tax planning and management to reduce tax risks; 6. Coordinate and handle the relationship with various departments of overseas subsidiaries, cooperate with the group and external institutions to conduct annual audits of overseas subsidiaries, and provide relevant information; 7. Participate in the preparation and revision of the annual budget and business plan of overseas subsidiaries, and be responsible for supervising the implementation to ensure the smooth achievement of various goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 30-40 years old, major in finance and economics, ACCA and AICPA are preferred, familiar with EU national accounting and financial standards; 2. Good oral and written communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, German is preferred; 3. Have more than 5 years of comprehensive financial work and more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing financial management, and be familiar with overseas financial accounting process; 4. Familiar with international accounting standards, understand overseas financial laws and regulations and tax laws and policies (EU countries).
