Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the accounting of overseas office and the preparation of financial statements; 2. Assist in starting the formal operation of new overseas office, establish a financial accounting system in accordance with local fiscal and taxation policies, and improve financial and internal control systems in accordance with company requirements; 3. Work with relevant institutions to complete the tax declaration, annual audit and settlement of overseas office to avoid tax risks; 4. Collaboratively support the evaluation and implementation of major projects of overseas subsidiaries, as well as review of important contracts.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting, financial management or auditing; more than 5 years of relevant experience in financial management; backgrounds in PwC/Deloitte/KPMG/EY are preferred; 2. English can be used as a working language; 3. Familiar with Singapore accounting and laws and regulations, familiar with USGAAP is preferred. 4. Have strong logical thinking ability, independent analysis and problem-solving ability, good communication, organization, coordination and management skills and teamwork spirit;
