Job Responsibilities
1. Develop sales targets, development strategies, and implementation plans for the European and American markets based on the company’s strategic plan. 2. Be responsible for sales metrics in the European and American markets, identify major client project needs, and secure orders. 3. Manage the daily operations of the sales team, including team building and other related tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors related to international trade, marketing, computer science, or electronics. 2. Proficient in using English for written and verbal communication with clients. 3. Over 3 years of sales experience in the European and American markets for software and hardware product solutions, with business resources in decision-making departments of overseas medium to large chain retail enterprises (such as IT departments) or resources with IT solution providers. 4. Willing to travel overseas. 5. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, strong achievement orientation, and a strong sense of goals.
