Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with dealers to ensure that the company's products and services can enter the market smoothly; 2. Analyze market trends, formulate effective sales strategies, and increase market share; 3. Manage the dealer team, set sales targets, track performance and take incentive measures; 4. Coordinate the cooperation between the company and dealers to solve the problems in the sales process; 5. Collect market feedback to provide basis for the improvement of the company's products.
Job Requirements
1. Good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to independently deal with complex business relationships; 2. Have a keen insight into the market, familiar with industry dynamics, and have strong market analysis ability; 3. Have good team management experience, can effectively motivate and guide team members; 4. Excellent organization and coordination skills, able to efficiently handle multi-threaded tasks; 5. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management and other related majors is preferred; 6.5 years working experience, relevant industry background is preferred; 7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in using office software.
