Job Responsibilities
BD: Lead US Business Development & Licensing efforts with BD VP together across all research and clinical-stage assets; Responsible for all aspects of BD including partnering strategy, identification of target cos. and outreach, development of messaging & pitch decks, deal valuation models, data rooms, negotiation of terms, and deal closing; Strategic Support: Work closely with partner companies to oversees smooth execution of operational strategies, and commercial viability; Develop and execute strategic partnership and M&A strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and market trends.
Job Requirements
Education: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or relevant degree preferred; Relevant Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, licensing, M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate environment, preferably within healthcare & life science area; Negotiation Proficiency: Proven ability to negotiate investment terms and agreements effectively; Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with executive leadership and internal stakeholders; Leadership Abilities: Ability to act as a project lead of executing potential BD opportunities and provide strategic; Works well independently and in teams; proactive in anticipating work requirements and problem solving.
