Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the company's daily operations, administrative, and management activities, including performance evaluation and creating a positive internal and external environment for business development. 2. Organize and implement the company's development plans and annual business objectives, ensuring that goals and plans are achieved. 3. Handle financial management, budgeting, decision-making, and profit distribution; adhere to financial disciplines, focus on increasing revenue, controlling costs, and preserving and enhancing existing assets; prevent major accidents and errors. 4. Lead and drive key management processes and regulations, promptly optimize and adjust organizational processes; ensure the completion of annual goals assigned by the group. 5. Plan and implement local talent development and training, ensuring talent cultivation and reserve. 6. Develop performance indicators for independent accounting entities under your jurisdiction; ensure that monthly profit targets are met. 7. Manage significant emergencies and report to the group president in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in business, management, engineering, or related fields, with clear logical thinking. 2. At least 10 years of experience in lean manufacturing management and similar roles in large-scale enterprises within the furniture industry. 3. Training in leadership development, strategic management, organizational change management, strategic human resource management, economic law, financial management, etc. 4. Strong professionalism and work ethics, with leadership skills, coordination and communication abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. 5. Proficiency in English and French is preferred.
