From meticulous site selection and strategic functional planning, to comprehensive service integration and extensive resource networking, Nanyue Group has carefully refined every detail. The goal is to create a unique international talent platform that embodies Macao’s distinctive charm, serving as a critical hub for global talent allocation and a solid bridge for international talent collaboration.
Director of the Macao Bureau of Education and Youth Development, Gong Zhiming, also offered high praise for the establishment of the international talent hub, calling it an innovative practice in talent cooperation under the "One Country, Two Systems" framework. He hopes the hub will be rooted in Macao, providing high-quality services characterized by "precise contact persons, precise project introduction, and precise ecosystem cultivation." It should fulfill three core functions: connecting global resources, building Macao into a talent hub along the Belt and Road countries, and promoting high-level dialogues in science and technology, commerce, and culture; empowering youth development, becoming a bridge for Macao youth to connect with the Greater Bay Area and reach the world, injecting sustained vitality into Macao's long-term development; and supporting industrial upgrading by focusing on Macao's key industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, modern finance, and high technology, helping to establish an integrated talent supply chain spanning government, industry, academia, research, and application, thus actively contributing to Macao’s economic diversification and its aspiration to become a global high-end talent aggregation center.
