Job Requirements

• Ph.D major in Polymer Science or Plastics Engineering • More than 5 years R&D experience in the plastic industry, Successful stories of leading the research project • Able to lead the project (PC, PC blends) independently • Preferably with hand on experience on engineering plastics compounding process. • Strong knowledge on polymer properties and polymer modification • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (German is a plus) • Process good leadership skill • Able to work in complex environments and under high pressure • Able to provide and/or challenge strategies • A team player • Good communication skill at all level in the organisation • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Mature, organize and reliable • Show initiative and keen to improve on skill and knowledge • High level negotiating skills • Highly self-motivated
