Job Responsibilities
Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers. Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting. Help customers on product installation and operation. Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos. Other work assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred. At least 2 years of After-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS. Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language. Business travels are required.
