UCHINA CO., LIMITED is a supply chain management company with an acceleration program for hardware start-ups. While we serve companies worldwide, our main market is Russian-speaking countries. We are expanding our North American market due to increasing demand. We are looking for an individual to lead our North American expansion. You must be a native English speaker with the desire and energy to try something new. We have no strong requirements for previous work experience in a similar field. If you want to develop your career by taking up this challenge of becoming an expert in sales, project management, and international business, you are the one we’re looking for. The ideal candidate is an experienced business developer with a proven track record of independently developing executive level relationships and growing a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead generation, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure. The candidate is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and driving new business development for the global sales team. Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships - Proactively utilize company resources to develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers to achieve the sales objectives - Maintain and improve relationships with overseas customers through daily emails, mobile messengers communication, and phone calls - Market research and competition analysis to stay updated on the industry trends - Dive into the production/manufacturing process and give feedback to customers - Visit factories to gain a better understanding of manufacturing processes - Resolve complex customer service challenges efficiently, by providing solutions that exceed customer expectations - Comfortable with using all computer systems efficiently - Familiar with Trello, Basecamp, CRM, MS Office, macOS, Google Services
Job Requirements
- Native English speaker - Excellent listening, writing, communication and negotiation skills with clients - Good organizational skills, positive thinking, confident, and independent - Honest and hardworking - Basic or advanced knowledge of electronics, gadgets, and technology trends - Basic knowledge of traditional and internet marketing - Able to work schedules that align with the target market - Intellectually curious - Meticulous by nature Will be appreciated: Any level of Chinese language proficiency Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not a must Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communication or Marketing preferred Working time: half-day or full-day Pay Package: Basic salary + Commission Job Location: Shenzhen
