Description and Responsibilities HQTS is expanding its footprint tothe United States , Russia and actively searching high caliber sales and business development personnel to join our team. Our Sales personnel initiate new business with mid to large size companies. The target opportunity is any company that involved in non-consumer goods/ industrial products such as automotive parts, pipe, valve, machines and all different kinds of mechanical products from anywhere in Asia. The responsibilities are: -Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and any possible channels -Develop new clients’ database and ensure that the data is up-to-date -Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs -Manage own sales pipeline and close deals -Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets -Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities -Any additional operational works as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications Proficiency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus Exposure to supply chain market is preferred A successful track record of personal sales performance Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing Excellent listening, writing and communication skills Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives Outstanding analytical skills Intellectually curious Determined and self-motivated Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team All personal data collected will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
