To fri English level: fluent Outbound call/cold call Free training (salary paid) Free accommodation, free visa , free insurance Basic salary 5000rmb +bonus Executive Account The Role As a Survey Account Executive, you will help empower clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions including ’s surveys, software, and consulting services. As a Account Executive, you will report directly to the Director of Survey Sales. Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone calls, emails and assisting marketing with outreach campaigns Direct sales to new and existing clients globally Drive participation in ’s benefits, practices and total rewards surveys Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools Design and execute territory specific plans and forecasts Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
Job Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.) 1-3 years of compensation, HR, sales or business development experience Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and other sales prospecting tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization Aggressive, motivated and customer-oriented Confident negotiator who can interface with prospects up through the C-suite across diverse company types and multiple industry verticals Continuously strive to learn survey processes and the full portfolio of products and services offered by Human Resources related experience, products, services and/or prior survey knowledge a plus
