Job Responsibilities

Our partner is looking for a foreigner interior designer and director designer for Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing offices. The company's projects are mostly in designing residential buildings, 5 stars hotels, office buildings and shopping centers. 1、Head designer for apartments interior design. 2、Selection of painting colors and furniture arrangement, draw interior design plans. 3、Communicate with design director and keep positive relationship with customers until they reach conclusion. 4、Develop the design, draw the working drawing manuscript and follow up the quality of it. 5、Track the project construction, deal with the construction problems and improve the design.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above in interior design, architecture and other related majors. Have at least 5 years relevant working experience. 2、Experience in decorate and interior design of residence buildings, shopping centers and office buildings. 3、Strong planning ability, good creative and spatial thinking, hand-drawing ability. 4、Be able to independently complete the overall planning and design cases, boldly and innovatively. 5、Overseas study background or working experience is preferred
