Job Responsibilities

Connect with customers for product needs and be the contact point for technical requirements and quality issues with internal and external channels. Manage product spare parts. Responsible for remote technical support and on-site business trips within Europe. Communicate on-site information and feedback with headquarters engineers. Assist overseas colleagues in communicating technical information with the headquarters. Assist the after-sales team in analyzing high-frequency warranty issues. Responsible for product manual/document changes and releases, customer prototype/exhibit preparation and demonstration. Responsible for customer technical training. Participate in market research, understand industry technology trends and competitive products, and make improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements

Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering, information technology or related majors are preferred; Work experience: Candidates who understand express lockers or sorting systems are preferred. Language skills: Have good English and Chinese communication skills Skills: Have basic electrical equipment foundation, can conduct product demonstrations and communicate with customers Personal qualities: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service awareness and teamwork spirit Other requirements: Ability to adapt to short-term business trips and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
