Job Responsibilities
Channel Policy: Develop and implement distribution strategies for the region. Identify and recruit new distribution partners as needed, negotiating contract terms and agreements. Coordinate with product management and sales operations to establish processes for price releases, price protection, credit, and market development funds. Channel Operations: Build trusted relationships with the management, procurement, marketing, and sales teams of distribution partners to enhance awareness and market share of Sunmi products. Oversee distribution inventory planning and purchasing processes to achieve revenue targets while balancing financial metrics. Manage inventory levels to ensure available supply meets forecasted demand and project requirements. Collaborate with product management and marketing to plan and execute distributor marketing activities. Drive digital transformation of regional channel management. Channel Support and Enablement: Support partner marketing activities and services. Support channel sales training programs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with English as the primary working language. 3-7 years of experience in distribution/channel management in the POS, payment, or smart hardware industry. Experience in digital channel management. Experience in channel management, partnership building, and partner enablement in indirect channels. Experience in growing sales and market share through indirect channels. Preferably knowledgeable in POS systems, payment devices, and software applications. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time.
