Job Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced analytics to thoroughly analyze our extensive user database and develop intuitive dashboards that showcase key metrics and trends. Utilizing data-driven insights to strategically enhance user acquisition and retention. Analyzing customer feedback and usage patterns to improve service quality and engagement. Actively seeking and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses, corporate entities, and other relevant organizations. Negotiate and manage partnerships that align with our strategic goals and enhance our value proposition. Leading cross-functional projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within budget. Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and activities designed to increase market share and enhance brand visibility. Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Provide strategic insights to the leadership team to inform operational adjustments and new initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Seniority of 6+ years in business in total, with proven experience in operations or growth roles in tech, consulting firms, or a similar industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to drive business decisions. Proficiency in Excel is a must. SQL proficiency is a plus. Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced english level
