Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating high-quality clients; develop new customers and increase overseas market sales; manage customer information to ensure that customer resources and equipment records are complete and accurate. 2. Identify customer needs through interaction and communication, facilitate lead conversion to business opportunities; guide customers to reach purchase intentions; sign contracts and deliver products to customers. 3. Recover outstanding payments, regularly reconcile accounts with customers, mitigate payment risks, reduce payment losses, and ensure payment recovery; proactively process settlement procedures for customers who have settled their accounts.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Candidates with more than one year of relevant work experience are preferred. 2. Strong market development and customer management abilities, able to timely identify and explore customer needs, and provide suitable product solutions. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills. 3. Fluent in English or other foreign languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Must pass the company's foreign language assessment.
