Job Responsibilities
1. Set up the basic team for the development of the international business department, improve the organizational structure, and cultivate developmental international business talents; 2. Established and managed the development and channel construction of the company's international business institutions; 3. Develop and serve customers with cross-border brokerage business needs, and provide solutions for cross-border product trading and capital flow; 4. Planned, organized and implemented joint training and road show projects with international financial institutions, including but not limited to international financial industry organizations, custodian Banks, funds, overseas exchanges, research institutions, technical service providers, etc.; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, marketing, investment, financial engineering, economics, etc., preferably with master degree or above from overseas university, under the age of 35 years old; 2. At least 3 years working experience in international business related to overseas futures product research, marketing or project management; 3. Strong judgment, adaptability, development, communication and coordination ability, comprehensive quality and fluent English; 4. Those with work experience in large overseas financial institutions or with relevant overseas futures qualification are preferred.
