Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and optimize social media operation plan and management, foster healthy development of community, improve overall engagement 2. Leverage data analysis to improve user experience by trial and error 3. Collect suggestion and reports from users with regard to functions and user habits, identify constructive feedback and implement them 4. Oversee content creation and editing, ensure that contents are updated on a timely manner 5. Maintain and improve user activeness, engage non-active users 6. Identify high quality users to help generate contents and increase interaction
Job Requirements
1. 3 or more years of experience with different types of games 2. Familiar with mainstream Western social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, able to understand the needs of users on these platforms 3. Strong execution, good writing skill and planning ability 4. Proficiency in both written and oral Chinese and English 5. Good communication skill, friendly, proactive, attention to details, reliable, responsive, team oriented, willing to take on challenges and can handle stress well 6. Can adapt to working hours of other time zones
