Job Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in Mandarin and English, and provide high-quality & efficient customer service 2. Collect and report problems from customer inquiries 3. Assist with emergency issues 4. Write FAQs to provide quick solutions to customers 5. Record daily in-game events, and review the event content 6. Any other customer service matters
