Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for business development in the Japanese market , mainly targeting Chinese-owned enterprises in Japan, and subsequently expanding to other Japanese enterprises. 2. Responsible for deploying sales strategies in the Japanese market, and through various channels, uncovering opportunities. Responsible for the entire business process from customer prospecting to contract signing. Implement and execute the company's sales policies and sales plans, and complete the sales targets at each stage. 3. Responsible for formulating negotiation strategies and negotiating progress, working with pre-sales to be responsible for the negotiation results of the commercial part of the contract, and implementing the company's required base line clauses to guide customers to sign the contract in the direction of the base line clauses. 4. Build a professional and stable business partnership with customers, deepen the existing business, and expand the incremental business. 5. Analyze the current situation of the Japanese market, summarize market and industry characteristics, and provide decision support for the company's expansion into the Japanese market. 6. Responsible for building the Japan business team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of sales or pre-sales experience in information technology/digitalization business for the Japanese market or supporting overseas Chinese enterprises. With experience in managing large clients. 2. At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise solutions sales/pre-sales. Familiar with the project initiation, decision-making, and tendering process for enterprise information solutions. 3. Familiar with the business model and delivery model of information/digitalization consulting service companies. 4. Proactive, with good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination abilities. 5. Customer service-oriented, able to handle various conflicts and conflicts effectively. 6. Strong ability to learn new things and new skills, able to handle pressure and short-term business trips. 7. Fluent in business Japanese.
