Job Responsibilities
Translation: able to communicate well with Russian customers; Handle quality issues such as customer complaints and formulate standardized procedures for complaint handling; Maintain good relationship and interaction with customers, conduct periodic follow-up care, increase customer loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction; Summarize customer follow-up data, analyze and report; Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above; Able to work under certain pressure and communicate well with customers; Good mandarin speaking; Proficient in the use of office software and computer applications.
