Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for handling international logistics timeliness complaints, abnormal issues, refunds, and compensation matters. 2. Familiar with all stages of international logistics including collection, delivery, and abnormal handling, and able to answer related operation and policy questions. 3. Responsible for answering inquiries about international logistics pricing and policies, and providing consulting guidance to internal and external customers. 4. Responsible for handling internal cross-departmental communication, and following up and providing feedback on issues.
Job Requirements
1. More than 2 years of experience in international logistics customer service, familiar with international logistics pricing and operating procedures. 2. Strong communication and expression skills, quick to adapt, with customer service awareness, and proficient in using office software such as Excel. 3. English or French can be used as working languages. 4. Willingness to be stationed abroad, with preference for candidates who can accept long-term overseas assignments.
