Job Responsibilities
Develop HR policies and a management standard code of conduct consistent with the values of the organization. Interpret and advocate Didi’s values and compliance with HR policies and processes, as well as establish disciplinary procedures. Manage voluntary and involuntary labor terminations, and provide corporate advisory support to key stakeholders in HR. Identify and address potential risks by collaborating with HRBPs, HR COEs, Legal, and RCCD. Provide systematic resolution to employee relations issues, compliance, and grievances by conducting investigations using relevant legislation knowledge and company policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and keep employee relations policies and procedures up to date.
Job Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Law or Labor Law. 3-5+ years experience in employee relations and compliance management. Profesional experience & spanish is a must. Profesional communication and coordination skills. Experience working in global or multi-national companies is an added plus. Proactive and enthusiastic, able to work in a fast-paced work enviroment.
