Job Responsibilities
1. According to the product characteristics, target positioning, organize the development of product launch GTM plan; 2. Monitor the implementation process of the product GTM plan, pull through the progress of R&D, marketing, sales, delivery, service and other links, integrate and coordinate across multiple departments to ensure that new products are launched on schedule, and manage the whole process of the product life cycle; 3. Product management management: according to the market trend, organize the formulation of overall goals and decompose them into various channels, coordinate each channel to achieve the overall sales target, track the sales situation, and be responsible for the life cycle sales indicators of the product; 4. Connect with the market, compare internal and external products, explore market opportunities, and output market insight reports; 5. Responsible for the construction, operation, optimization and integration of different departments of the internal GTM process, and the empowerment and promotion of the front-line combat team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language; 2. More than 8 years of sales/product/GTM/ProductMarketing experience, especially in consumer electronics industry; 3. Worked in a company with a systematic management background in marketing, experience in GTM process construction is preferred; 4. Willing to take the initiative to communicate, problem-oriented, self-motivated and proactive personality.
