Job Responsibilities
1. Operations Management / Project Management Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. This includes managing workflow, equipment, and personnel. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand and clarify project requirements; convey client needs internally within RCS, coordinate resources, and provide specific project execution plans based on RCS’s resources and capacity. Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to ensure on-time delivery. Lean Manufacturing: Promote and implement lean manufacturing methods to improve production efficiency and quality. 2. Safety and Compliance Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the factory operates in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety audits. Employee Training: Organize safety training to enhance employee awareness. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to handle emergencies and crises. 3. Quality Control Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality by implementing quality control measures and ensuring that production processes meet industry standards. Quality Systems: Establish and maintain a quality management system to ensure continuous improvement. 4. Budgeting and Cost Control Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Cost Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. 5. Staff Management Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and manage factory personnel. Build teams, conduct performance evaluations, and address any staffing issues. Employee Development: Develop employee development plans to enhance skills and career advancement. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment. 6. Resource Allocation Resource Management: Ensure that human and material resources are allocated appropriately to meet production schedules and targets. Supply Chain Management: Work with the supply chain management department to ensure materials and supplies meet production needs. 7. Continuous Improvement Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the production process and implement strategies for efficiency and effectiveness. Technological Innovation: Introduce new technologies and innovative methods to enhance production efficiency and quality. 8. Reporting and Communication Regular Reports: Provide regular reports to upper management and collaborate with other departments to align factory operations with corporate objectives. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, R&D, and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations. 9. Supply Chain Coordination Supply Chain Management: Work with the supply chain management department to ensure materials and supplies meet production needs. Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships to ensure supply quality and cost control. 10. Crisis Management Emergency Response: Handle any emergencies or unexpected operational issues to ensure minimal disruption to production. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop preventive measures, and mitigate risk impacts.
Job Requirements
35-45 years old. Fluent in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for an MBA or related management degree. Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in the Southeast Asian region. Previous experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or equivalent senior management role. Experience working in multinational companies, familiar with international business operations. Expertise in production processes, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality control. Strong leadership and influence, able to motivate teams to achieve goals. Ability to build and lead diverse teams, enhancing team performance and morale. Ability to handle emergencies and manage crises effectively. High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to take on significant responsibilities.
