Job Responsibilities
Taking ownership of existing sales operations processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness. Identifying areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance scalability and automation. Working closely with the sales strategy team and multi-disciplinary groups to implement organization-wide initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that inform the overall sales strategy and advance comprehensive projects. Being a creative thinker and problem solver who brings innovative approaches to building solutions. Understanding business operations and have experience in creating scalable programs that apply holistic approaches to sales planning.
Job Requirements
3+ years in project management, data analysis, planning, sales operations, finance or business development. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced English language both written and spoken. Proficiency in Google Suite, SQL, Python and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams. Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow alongside the company, willing to wear multiple hats as the business expands. Strong business judgment and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering programs that support business growth.
