Job Responsibilities
1、Manpower recruitment, onboarding, visa, social security, payroll, attendance, performance appraisal, etc. 2、Financial reimbursement, bookkeeping and reconciliation, debt vouchers, qualification and seal management. 3、Daily chores, room rental, car rental, utilities, office supplies, daily reception, translation, meeting arrangements, insurance, booking, customs clearance, transportation and handling, order entry and exit, sample production, SNI certification, etc.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above. 2、At least 1 year working experience in human resources, administration, basic finance or sales internal work experience. 3、Fluent in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills,mandarin is necessary ,please make sure that Chinese can be used as a working voice before submitting your resume, thank you.
