Job Responsibilities
1. Business support, assisting account managers in maintaining client-related work. 2. Responsible for the promised delivery time to clients, handling changes in customer order requirements, following up on board processing, arranging shipments, billing reconciliation, and inventory control. 3. Order entry position, including material preparation, order submission, following up on new project issues, verifying and updating customer information, and order feedback.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Proficient in Thai for verbal and written communication. 3. Familiar with office software and ERP systems, with English reading and writing skills. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills with a sense of responsibility. 5. Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes.
