Job Responsibilities
1. Team building and management (1) Responsible for setting up overseas office teams, including recruitment, training, assessment, etc., to build an efficient and professional overseas sales and service team. (2) Formulate team management system and work process, clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of team members, and ensure the efficient operation of team work. 2. Customer service and maintenance (1) Establish and maintain good local customer relations, provide customers with high-quality products and services, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. (2) Respond to customer needs in a timely manner, deal with customer complaints and problems, coordinate the company's internal resources, and provide solutions for customers. 3. Market development and business promotion (1) In-depth understanding of the country's new energy market dynamics, competitors and industry development trends, and formulate market development plans and business promotion strategies. (2) Actively explore new customers, expand sales channels, and increase the market share of the company's products in overseas markets. (3) Organize and participate in international exhibitions, industry seminars and other activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence. 4. Sales target achievement (1) Formulate and implement sales plans to ensure the completion of sales targets and tasks issued by the company. (2) Analyze sales data, formulate sales strategy adjustment plans, and improve sales performance. (3) Conduct business negotiations with customers, sign sales contracts, and ensure the fulfillment of contract terms. 5. Cross-departmental collaboration (1) Maintain close communication and collaboration with various departments of the company's headquarters (such as R&D, pre-sales, production, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of product supply, technical support and after-sales service. (2) Timely feedback of overseas market information and customer needs, to provide reference for the company's product development and market strategy adjustment.
Job Requirements
1. 30-45 years old, bachelor degree or above, science and engineering, power electronics, electrical automation and other new energy related majors, international trade, marketing and other related majors are preferred; 2. Have more than 5 years of overseas sales and sales management experience in the new energy industry, and individual excellent ones can be reduced to 3 years. Experience in successfully exploring overseas markets in new energy related industries (photovoltaics, energy storage, electric vehicles, charging piles, etc.), familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations; 3. More than 2 years of experience in energy management system, electrical fire system, fire power supply system, fire door system, integration and commissioning and technical support of electric energy prepaid system is preferred; 4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and those who master other minor languages are also welcome (Spanish, Russian, French, German, etc.); 5. Familiar with related products and technologies in the new energy industry, with certain market analysis and marketing planning capabilities; 6. Have good communication skills, negotiation skills and team management skills, and be able to work under pressure; 7. More than 40-60% of the working time is stationed abroad every year, and can adapt to long-term overseas business trips and working environments; 8. Have a strong sense of responsibility, execution and innovative spirit, and be enthusiastic about the new energy industry and global business development. 9. Have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, and be able to abide by the company's rules and regulations.
