Job Responsibilities
As a leader for solar business development in Carribean countries, mainly responsible for the business development and lead team to achieve the annual sales target. Responsible for visiting customers, developing new customers, collecting necessary customer information, and cultivating leads and business opportunities. As the owner for business opportunities, lead the winning plan and strategy of business opportunities, coordinate the resources of headquarters and other parties, to ensure the business success. Build strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations and be able to connect with & influence decision makers. Responsible for market insight and analysis, grasping competitor information and industry trends. Responsible for the sales of inverter, EV charging, energy storage solutions and develop PV power plant that related renewable energy. As the sales leader, responsible for building business development (BD) team and team management , and also In charge of regional team empowerment and training.
Job Requirements
Educational Background Bachelor's Degree (and above) in Business Administration, International Trade, marketing, Finance,Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors. Work Experience Minimum 8 years of sales experiences in Solar business With customer resources in Distributed photovoltaic market With team management experience and capability Knowledge and skills required With knowledge of PV system and product Excellent sales skills Excellent communication and coordination skills, team work spirit Good professional integrity, patient and steady English speaking is mandatory Working location Based in Santo Domingo, available to travel to other countries
