Job Responsibilities

1. Coordination of incoming and outgoing goods as well as storage, retrieval and relocation of internal material flows. 2. Management of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 3. Timely identification/avoidance of operational risks in the warehouse. 4. Plan storage capacity and ensure optimal utilization. 5. Planning and optimization of pallet spaces. 6. Planning and implementation of monthly and annual inventories. 7. Scheduling of warehouse employees, motivation and encouragement of warehouse employees, and 8. Ensuring positive team development. 8. Maintaining order and cleanliness on the premises. 9. Responsible for inventory accuracy and all costs in the warehouse. 10. Maintaining contacts and cooperation with external partner companies. 11. Optimization and further development of processes in the area of responsibility.

Job Requirements

Over 3 years of professional experience in the warehouse industry in Germany and extensive knowledge of warehouse management. Native Chinese, fluent in German, able to easily communicate with colleagues and suppliers at work.
