Job Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive monthly, annual, and phased promotional plans, budgets, and effectiveness assessments based on business development. Formulate product promotion strategies and market development activity plans, follow up on and implement company product marketing to increase market share and support sales in achieving performance targets. Plan and execute industry exhibitions and academic forums in specific regions, as well as organize offline promotional activities for brand promotion, product promotion, and new product launches. Collect information on market activities, assess the effectiveness of these activities, analyze the input-output of market activities, and propose optimization plans and suggestions. Assist in planning and organizing exhibition activities, including booth layout, product display, and presentation technology. Coordinate with suppliers, manage collaborations with various exhibition suppliers, and handle communication, negotiation, and contract execution. Responsible for the promotion and publicity of exhibitions, including the creation of promotional materials and various media advertisements. Oversee and coordinate exhibition/activity materials and prepare materials for daily segmented markets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, economics, business administration, or related fields. 3-5 years of Solar PV production promotion experience, familiar with brand promotion and planning workflows, with unique insights into brand building and publicity. Strong market awareness, able to effectively grasp market dynamics and direction. Team player with a proactive mindset, excellent coordination, communication, and public relations skills, as well as strong ability to handle pressure.
