Job Responsibilities

1. Development team management, market research for new customers, market development, and leading the team to achieve sales targets. 2. Responsible for identifying target customers in the market and setting development goals. 3. Responsible for developing customer development plans and organizing their implementation. 4. Responsible for communicating and liaising with clients, consolidating and expanding the customer base. 5. Expand and implement major customer management plans and activities. 6. Other matters arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements

Educational background: College degree or above in feed, animal husbandry, economic management or related majors *Work experience: More than 3 years of experience in team management in the same position in the overseas feed industry, with strong abilities in developing, maintaining markets, and communicating with customers Priority will be given to those with overseas customer resources. *Skills and techniques: English can be used as the working language; Priority will be given to those who speak the local language; Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills, as well as market planning and operational abilities; Strong customer development skills and experience in customer management. *Ability/Attitude: Having excellent psychological qualities and strong ability to withstand pressure; Has a strong sense of teamwork, strong organizational skills, enterprising spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork,.
