Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the medium and long-term business plan of the group company, complete the annual financial budget according to the business plan, and track its implementation; 2. Participate in the establishment of the group's financial control system, optimize the organizational structure and financial workflow of the department; 3. Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important matters of the group company, provide financial support for production and operation and business development, control financial risks, and be responsible for the analysis and application of the group's overseas financial and tax policies; 4. Assist superiors to establish the group's financial risk management and control system, and cooperate with the group's internal and external financial audits; 5. According to the group's annual business plan objectives, organize the group's subordinate departments and branches to carry out budget preparation; 6. Complete the assessment data of the achievement rate of the cost budget, monitor the implementation of the budget in a timely manner, find problems, and put forward reasonable analysis suggestions; 7. Integrate and analyze financial information, prepare financial analysis reports, and assist CFOs to complete related work

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of financial work experience, including more than 7 years of work experience in the four major firms, experience knowledge and skills of the group company (A plus B): 2.Hold a Chinese Certified Public Accountant / British Certified Public Accountant / American Certified Public Accountant (American Certified Public Accountant), familiar with international and domestic financial and tax standards and regulations (any one is sufficient) 3.Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and other relevant laws and regulations, excellent financial analysis and capital management ability; 4. Strong judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills; 5. Work meticulously, rigorously, and have strategic forward-looking thinking, and be able to work under pressure
