Talent Gathering in the Greater Bay Area, Nanshan's Attraction | HiredChina Makes Appearance at the 4th International Internship and Employment Matching Fair 'Talent Gathering in the Greater Bay Area, Nanshan's Attraction'

On December 19, the 4th "Talent Gathering in the Greater Bay Area, Nanshan's Attraction" International Internship and Employment Matching Fair was successfully held at the Bay Area International Youth Exchange Service Station, Shenzhen University Town. The event brought together over 60 high-quality enterprises from fields including advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and cross-border trade, offering more than 800 internship and job opportunities. Many students directly communicated with corporate HR representatives on-site, with some securing preliminary hiring intentions.

As an organization specializing in cross-border human resources services, HiredChina set up a dedicated booth at the fair to provide one-on-one career guidance for international students and young professionals from the Greater Bay Area. Our team highlighted key policy points such as work permits for foreigners coming to China, visa processing, and internship subsidies. Based on students' academic backgrounds, language proficiency, and career goals, we offered tailored resume optimization advice and personalized job-matching strategies.

Many attendees lingered at our booth to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as "How can foreign talent enter Chinese tech companies?" and "What skills are required for cross-border trade positions?" We have also added selected outstanding candidates to our talent database for future targeted referrals to outbound enterprises with relevant needs.

In addition to the employer recruitment zone, the event featured supporting services including policy consultation, resume review, and precise job application assistance, helping job seekers avoid unnecessary detours. Organizers stated that through this "one-stop" service model, international youth can find jobs in the Greater Bay Area more efficiently and with greater confidence.

Going forward, HiredChina will continue leveraging its global talent network and professional service capabilities to deliver more precise employment support for international talent, and help overseas enterprises connect with more high-quality foreign and returnee professionals.
