【Event】HiredChina Invited to Attend 'Decoding Overseas Markets' Networking Session, Sharing Practical Methodologies for International Talent Recruitment

On the afternoon of April 9th, the "Decoding Overseas Markets — Supply and Demand Service Matching Networking Session," jointly hosted by Shenzhen Overseas Expansion E-Station and the Shenzhen Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, was held in Qianhai. This marked the first session of this year's series of events. Through on-site research, thematic presentations, and in-depth matchmaking, the session focused on core demands and pain points of enterprises going global, helping Sichuanese businesses based in Shenzhen to go overseas more steadily.

"Government-Enterprise Collaboration" Builds Bridges, Co-Creating the Overseas Roadmap

As a national reform and opening-up strategic platform, Qianhai is accelerating the construction of a world-class business environment characterized by marketization, rule of law, and internationalization, providing strong support for enterprises going global. This networking session aims to precisely match practical needs during the process of enterprises going overseas, establishing a pragmatic and efficient service matching platform. Through collaboration between platforms and chambers of commerce, it builds accurate connection bridges for enterprises going global.

Ye Qiting, CEO of HiredChina, was invited to attend and delivered a presentation titled "Solutions for International Talent Recruitment and Management for Chinese Enterprises Going Global." Addressing common challenges such as difficulties in recruiting overseas talent, cross-cultural management issues, and labor compliance risks, he proposed a systematic methodology covering talent mapping, recruitment strategy development, and localized team management.

HiredChina will also continue to participate, leveraging professional talent services to help more Chinese enterprises successfully go global and establish themselves steadily.
