【Event】The Special Event on 'Enterprise Globalization Talent Deployment Strategy' Successfully Held!

On the afternoon of November 7, 2025, the special event on "Enterprise Globalization Talent Deployment Strategy" was successfully held at C Future City, Zhongzhou Bay, under the joint guidance of the Fudian District Bureau of Commerce, Fudian District Bureau of Foreign Affairs, and Shatou Subdistrict Office of Fudian District, organized by the Fudian District One-Stop Service Platform for Enterprises Going Global, and co-organized by HiredChina and Jingrui (Shenzhen) Science and Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. The event brought together numerous representatives from enterprises going global, collectively exploring talent challenges and solutions encountered during internationalization, providing intellectual support for enterprise global expansion.

During the keynote speech session, Mr. Tim Ye, Chairman and CEO of HiredChina, systematically analyzed the core pain points faced by enterprises going global in areas such as employer branding, overseas recruitment channels, compensation and benefits systems, and cross-cultural management, based on insights into industry distribution of Chinese enterprises going global, preferred destinations, and employment preferences of international talents toward Chinese firms. Building upon this foundation, he proposed a comprehensive solution centered on four key modules of the localization recruitment model for Chinese enterprises going global—employer branding, talent mapping, recruitment management, and employment management—enabling enterprises to build local teams that are "easily recruited, effectively utilized, and well-retained," thus ensuring the solid implementation of their global talent strategy.

In the interactive Q&A session, attendees actively raised specific questions regarding overseas recruitment practices and cultural integration across different markets, to which Mr. Ye Qiting and the Ainsdale team provided professional and detailed responses. The exchange of ideas and sharing of experience offered valuable references for each enterprise's global journey.

Going forward, HiredChina will continue to deepen its expertise in cross-border human resources services, leveraging its mature international recruitment network and proven local experience to continuously empower Chinese enterprises in their globalization journey.
