Chairman of HiredChina, Invited to Attend University Professional Seminar, Sharing Practical Insights on International Human Resources

On October 25, 2025, Guangzhou Nanfang University successfully hosted the "Workshop on Talent Cultivation in Human Resource Management and Alumni Exchange Event." This event aimed to focus on industry development trends and promote deeper integration between professional education and practical application. Mr. Tim Ye, Chairman and CEO of HiredChina, a seasoned expert in the human resources industry and corporate representative, was specially invited to attend the event and delivered key insights on talent strategy and professional development in the context of globalization.

In the morning’s professional seminar session, Mr. Ye Qiting delivered a comprehensive presentation titled "Global Enterprise Development and International Talent Strategy," systematically addressing core HR challenges and solutions faced by enterprises during their international expansion. Drawing from HiredChina’s extensive real-world experience supporting Chinese enterprises going global, he conducted an in-depth analysis of critical issues such as cross-border talent recruitment, compliance in international employment, and building localized teams. He also introduced the company’s integrated international HR service system—built upon a "digital platform + global service network + professional advisory team"—offering attendees forward-looking yet highly practical industry insights.

Over the past decade, graduates from the Human Resource Management program have accumulated rich practical experience in the field and have become a vital force driving industry development. This professional seminar and exchange event further strengthened emotional ties between alumni and their alma mater, provided insights into alumni career trajectories, and offered valuable industry practices. These contributions serve as solid references for future curriculum design, optimization of talent cultivation programs, and strategic direction in the development of our Human Resource Management major.

In the afternoon session addressing nearly 200 faculty and students, Mr. Ye Qiting delivered a special talk on "The International Career Path for HR Professionals." He systematically outlined opportunities and competency requirements for HR professionals in a globalized environment from perspectives including industry trends, professional capability models, and real-world case studies. He engaged deeply with the audience on the topic of "Headhunting Client Development and Management." Drawing from his entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Ye advised students to thoroughly understand industry knowledge, corporate products, and scale, maintain information agility, and avoid selecting wrong clients or wasting costs. He also emphasized that companies expanding overseas should first establish employer branding and talent mapping before proceeding with recruitment, compensation design, and background checks, recommending the use of overseas RPO services to save time and reduce costs.

This university seminar activity has established an efficient platform for deep dialogue between industry and academia. Mr. Tim Ye stated that HiredChina, as a key participant in the human resources services sector, will continue to open up industry resources and practical experiences, actively supporting university curriculum development and talent cultivation. In the future, the company will further expand cooperation with educational institutions through joint course development, internships, case studies, and other forms, helping nurture high-caliber professionals capable of meeting the demands of globalization, jointly driving the high-quality development of China's human resources industry.
