HiredChina Makes Appearance at the 2025 Thailand-China Cooperation Expo, Charting a New Blueprint for Human Resources Services

From September 26 to 28, 2025, the 2025 Thailand-China Cooperation Expo, themed "Thailand-China Diplomatic Relations 50th Anniversary: Towards Shared Prosperity," was successfully held at the IMPACT Exhibition Center in Bangkok. Co-organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Association of Thailand, and the Thai-China Chamber of Commerce, the expo covered over 25,000 square meters and brought together more than 200 leading Thai and Chinese enterprises, attracting over 32,000 attendees—making it one of the largest economic and trade cooperation events in the history of Thailand-China relations.

As a strategic partner specializing in cross-border human resources services, HiredChina was invited by the organizers to participate in this expo. Chairman and CEO Tim Ye attended the event in person, engaging in discussions with hundreds of Chinese enterprises expanding into Thailand and Southeast Asia. The conversations centered on core topics including overseas recruitment, local team building, compensation system design, cross-cultural management, and compliant employment practices, delivering professional insights and tailored solutions.

Addressing the specially designated "Job Fair Zone" and the growing demand for local talent among Chinese and Thai enterprises, Tim Ye stated: "Thailand is not only a hotspot for industrial investment but also a hub for talent aggregation. Chinese enterprises establishing operations in Thailand must develop systematic, compliant, and long-term human resources strategies to achieve 'entering successfully, standing firmly, and growing sustainably.'"

The expo focused on future-oriented industries such as new energy vehicles, clean energy, digital platforms, and agricultural technology—sectors where competition ultimately comes down to talent. Leveraging its extensive recruitment networks, compliance expertise, and employer brand development capabilities cultivated over years in Southeast Asia, HiredChina is helping an increasing number of Chinese enterprises build sustainable local teams, reduce overseas employment risks, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Going forward, HiredChina will continue to deepen its service presence across Thailand and the ASEAN region, providing professional human resources solutions to help Chinese enterprises efficiently connect with global markets and support more outstanding companies in achieving steady progress on their globalization journey.
