On September 19, HiredChina was invited to attend the special matchmaking and industrial investment negotiation conference for enhancing high-quality development of manufacturing industry through human resources services in Jiangmen City in 2025. Organized by the Jiangmen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Penglou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Jianghai District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the event aims to build an efficient and precise matchmaking platform, bringing together experts, scholars, and representatives from key enterprises to jointly explore new paths and models for human resources services driving innovation and development in the manufacturing sector.
The event attracted nearly a hundred participants from government agencies, industry associations, human resources service providers, manufacturing enterprise representatives, and experts and scholars, establishing a platform for connection between human resources institutions and manufacturing enterprises, promoting synergy among government, industry, and enterprises, and clarifying the development direction of human resources services toward specialization, refinement, and industrialization.

In the view of Tim Ye, Chairman and CEO of HiredChina, the current demand for high-end, internationally experienced R&D personnel and core technical talent in Jiangmenâs manufacturing industry is particularly prominent. "Enterprises urgently need high-level talents who not only understand technology but also possess overseas market experience and resources," he noted. This trend is closely linked to Jiangmenâs solid industrial foundationâits strong base in local materials, hardware, ceramics, motorcycles, and other manufacturing sectors, combined with numerous foreign trade enterprises already established in markets across Africa and Southeast Asia. As a renowned hometown of overseas Chinese, Jiangmen enjoys unique advantages in international talent resources. "Many families have members with overseas study or work experience, especially accumulating rich resources in North America and South America, which provides a valuable talent network for local enterprises going global."
As an international human resources agency that has been operating in Jiangmen for over ten years, HiredChina, headquartered in Hong Kong, has 20 branches worldwide, covering global high-end talent channels. Through this conference, he deeply felt Jiangmenâs determination and action in upgrading its human resources services. "We look forward to bringing more international experience into Jiangmen, helping local enterprises build world-class human resources management capabilities and jointly advancing toward broader global markets," he said.
Parallel sessions included human resources supply-demand matchmaking exhibitions and industrial investment forums. Nearly 20 high-quality human resources institutions from within and outside Jiangmen participated, covering areas such as executive search, outsourcing, training, and record management, engaging in face-to-face exchanges with representatives from key manufacturing enterprises in Jiangmen, resulting in multiple preliminary cooperation intentions.

Through this matchmaking event, several high-quality human resources service institutions from outside Jiangmen expressed interest in establishing operations in Jiangmen, further enriching the local human resources service ecosystem and supporting Jiangmenâs efforts to "complete and extend the chain" in human resources services, thereby providing more precise and efficient talent support for manufacturing enterprises. According to officials from the Jiangmen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in the next phase, Jiangmen will continue to deepen the integration of human resources services with manufacturing industries, continuously optimize the institutional development environment, promote more high-quality projects taking root, and inject sustainable talent momentum into the high-quality development of the manufacturing sector.
