Event | HiredChina Supports Talent Exchange and Shines at Malaysia's 'Development Promotion Conference for Talent Aggregation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area'

From April 13 to 14, Du Bin, President of the Shenzhen Human Resources Association, led member organizations to attend the 'Development Promotion Conference for Talent Aggregation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area' in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, contributing to the successful event and achieving strong outcomes in international talent exchange and cooperation. The event was organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Labour and Welfare Bureau and the Hong Kong Talent Services Office, featuring two major components: a thematic forum and an enterprise job fair, attracting over 4,000 participants.

It is reported that nearly 40 leading enterprises from the Greater Bay Area participated in this promotion event, covering top companies from industries such as innovation and technology, engineering, finance, accounting, legal services, insurance, and real estate. The event meticulously planned 17 in-depth sharing sessions led by industry experts and senior executives from renowned enterprises. Attendees were able to gain comprehensive insights into the diverse employment market in the Greater Bay Area and directly engage in face-to-face discussions with representatives from these leading companies, offering rich choices and broad opportunities for career development.

This promotion event saw the association participating with two member organizations: HiredChina and Shenzhen Qianlima International Recruitment Co., Ltd., setting up three recruitment booths. The booths received enthusiastic reception and widespread attention from Malaysian counterparts and job seekers alike, collecting over 150 resumes from high-end local Malaysian talents and Chinese students who studied in Malaysia.

At the HiredChina on-site booth, numerous job seekers arrived, creating a vibrant atmosphere with frequent and in-depth exchanges. The company leveraged its professional team, extensive industry resources, and precise job matching capabilities to provide comprehensive, personalized consulting services, helping job seekers accurately grasp employment opportunities in the Greater Bay Area. Through deep interactions with many Malaysian talents, HiredChina International Talent Recruitment Network profoundly recognized the immense enthusiasm and strong motivation demonstrated by Malaysian talents toward engaging in bilateral talent exchange and cooperation. This was not only a convergence of talent and opportunity but also a fusion of cultures and values, injecting powerful momentum into the company’s further expansion of its international business footprint.

In the future, HiredChina will continue to optimize service quality, innovate recruitment models, and establish a more robust and efficient bridge for international talent exchange, contributing greater support to talent mobility and industrial integration in the Greater Bay Area and beyond, helping enterprises worldwide identify exceptional talent and enabling mutual success between talent and organizations.
