Requirements
Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria to be considered:
Native English Speakers: Must originate from native English-speaking countries (e.g., the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa). Candidates are required to possess standard, authentic pronunciation free of strong regional accents, along with fluent oral proficiency and impeccable grammatical accuracy.
Highly Proficient Non-Native Speakers: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) in English-related disciplines, such as English Language and Literature, Applied English, Translation, or International Education. Candidates must demonstrate mastery of standard British, American, or Australian pronunciation without noticeable accent interference, and possess the capability to conduct independent, full-English-medium instruction.
