Job Responsibilities

1. Phase- in NPI , DFM review, problem feedback 2. Lead the team to find a way to improve production yield, keep track of every issue and make improvements 3. Design jig and fixture used in the production process. 4. Compose QPCP, PFMEA 5. Perform both internal and external audit, provide impetuses for improvement (customer, QA, internal team)

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher degree Seniority: 5 years or more Experience: 1. Understand of SMT&DIP process 2, Have experience in training OP 3, Language: Proficient in Chinese: strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills 4. Advanced skills in MS office
