Job Responsibilities
1.Maintain and repair equipment 2. Adjust yield rate and rejection rate; get rid of machinery failure 3. Assist PD to train OP 4. Calibrate SMT feeder / reflow oven measure management 5. Perform both internal and external audit, provide impetuses for improvement (customer, QA, internal team)
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher degree Seniority: 5 years or more Experience: 1. Understand of SMT&DIP process and equipment maintenance 2. Experience in on-site training OP 3. Basic knowledge about material management 4. Language: Proficient in Chinese: strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
