Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for organizing and perfecting production system, making production plan, checking the process of production and ensuring the complement of production; 2.Responsible for managing the production schedule, coordinating different work shops, allocating work and human resources, dispatching equipments and materials. 3.Responsible for equipment management and perfection, organizing regular repair work of equipments; 4.Improving the quality of internal production and solving the problems of influencing the production quality; 5.Responsible for maintaining the production safety, making rules and regulations about production schedule, safety and quality; controlling production cost and improving production efficiency.

Job Requirements

Having over 10-years work and management experience in tyre production enterprises and outstanding project management experience.
