Job Requirements

- Good relationship management and leadership skills both external and internal - Good working knowledge of English - Experience of handling complex and long sales cycle - Experience of closing core banking deals in China - Good objection handling and negotiating capability - Capability to work under high pressure - Banking domain knowledge - Overseas education and / or experience is a plus - Should be able to fit into a large MNC Corporate culture - MBA or CA. Engineering degree is a plus - 15 - 20 years relevant experience
