Job Responsibilities

Job Location India, Vietnam, China，Other Description and Responsibilities Compile all the documents needed to generate a bid. Review tenders’ terms and conditions to ensure special requirements are identified and promote effective competition. Knowledge of Global government / Enterprises/ NGOs’ terms and conditions, bid package preparation, submission and award process Develops, coordinates, designs, writes and maintains proposals, bidding documents, presentations; Coordinate and produce proposals including: writing, editing, design layout, and assembly of a high quality final product that is delivered on time. Interpret RFP/RFI/RFB criteria and proposal requirement, ensure compliance with the criteria and inclusion of responsible content to the proposals. Establish and maintain proposal/tender and special projects schedules. Provide quality control/quality assurance and editing of proposals, presentations Assist with special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications Three or more years of experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations; Experience with page layout in a deadline-driven, team environment, and to provide creative solutions to potential issues; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Good knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software; Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation; Ability to establish priorities and solve a wide range of technical writing problems; Problem solving and analytical skills; Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time. Relevant experience is preferred Compensation: negotiable All qualified and interested applicants, please forward your resume with expected salary and availability information to xxxxx.
