Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) a.Bachelor or above, have a degree in Engineering or equivalent; b.10 years or above work experience in program management or manufacturing with an electrical or electronic manufacturer. Familiar with the products of electronic components and technological process; c.Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) highly recommended; d.Strong analytical skills and business acumen; e.Excellent communication and presentation skills; f.Strong leadership skills, trustworthy and independent; g.Strong ability to influence and work within matrixes organization; h.Ability to drive change and continuous improvement; i.Must be knowledgeable and experienced with business office software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc); j.Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
