Job Requirements

•Ph.D major in Polymer Science or Plastics Engineering •More than 2 years R&D experience in the plastic industry, •Preferably with hand on experience on engineering plastics compounding process. •Strong knowledge on polymer properties and polymer modification •Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (German is a plus) •Process good leadership skill •Able to work in complex environments and under high pressure •Able to provide and/or challenge strategies •A team player •Good communication skill at all level in the organisation •Able to work independently with minimum supervision •Mature, organise and reliable •Show initiative and keen to improve on skill and knowledge •High level negotiating skills •Highly self-motivated
